The photos, documents and e-mails you upload remain yours, are encrypted and can be deleted at any time.

Everything you enter and upload — photos of receipts, documents, warranties, PDF files, e-mails — remains yours. You only give us the right to store it and transmit it encrypted between the household's devices as far as needed for the service to work. We do not use it for anything else and cannot read it.

Files are encrypted on the device and stored in Cloudflare R2. Every member of the household with an account can open them. The space for documents depends on the plan — 1 GB (Basic), 3 GB (Family) or 10 GB (VIP) — and can be increased with the "Archive +10 GB" add-on. Files you delete are removed from the storage; deleting the household removes all files.

Upload only content you are entitled to use. If a photo contains other people's data (for example a cashier's or a neighbour's), it stays encrypted and visible only to your household; if you turn on AI, the photo goes briefly to the AI provider (see "AI processing").

You can download all the household's data at any time as JSON and CSV files (Settings → Data & privacy); they are created in your browser.
