Security
Your household's data — for your eyes only
Expenses, receipts, documents and children's profiles are encrypted on the device with the household key. The server stores only ciphertext.
Keys that only you hold
Each account creates its keys on the device. Records and files are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are sent. The household key is changed when a member is removed.
- Sign-in with a passkey (face or fingerprint) or a code by e-mail.
- 12 recovery words that you keep in a safe place.
- A check of your recovery options every 3 months.
Important: nobody can reset the key
If you lose every way to unlock — the 12 words, the passkey, the remembered devices and the PIN — nobody can restore the data, including us.
AI only with consent
The AI features are off until the owner turns them on. Then only what a task needs is sent, without names, addresses, IBANs or personal ID numbers; we do not keep what is sent.
Payments and your rights
Cards are processed by Stripe; card details never pass through us. You can download your data or delete the account from Settings.
How to start

- What if I lose my phone?
- You unlock from another device or with the 12 words, and remove the lost device in Settings → Devices.
- Where are the servers?
- The application servers and the database are run by the company in the European Union; files are stored encrypted in Cloudflare R2.
